From September 1st a room of approx. 24 m2 will be available. The room has a neat laminate floor and a large window with plenty of light and a view of busy birds. The kitchen, hallway, toilet, and bathroom are shared with two other roommates. Additionally, there is a storage room where you can store your bike and any other belongings. While we are not looking for parties in our house, you are always welcome in our kitchen to chat, practice your presentation, or share your work gossip. Specifications: - Rent: €500 per month including gas, water, electricity, and internet - Contract duration: 1 year (fixed term) - Furnishing: unfurnished - Items for takeover: roller blinds and window stickers (€20), ceiling lamp (free) From our apartment complex, it’s just a 5-minute bike ride to Tilburg University. Furthermore, you can be in the city center within 10 minutes. If biking is not an option, the tire is flat, or it’s raining too hard? There is also a bus stop right in front of the complex! Parking is also available at the building, where it’s possible to request a parking permit if desired. Additionally, the building is adjacent to a small park, and across the street is Avans University and the university sports complex.
