Note: The room is only for ladies. Three ladies will share an apartment of 77 m². The current housemates are Emma (24) and Shari (25); both are very social, respectful, and maintain a pleasant living atmosphere. To ensure the peace and safety of all residents, guests are not allowed overnight, even in your own room. This is a mutual agreement among all housemates. The floor plan of the apartment is included in the photos; the available room is marked with a red cross. Rental conditions: - Minimum rental period: 1 year or longer - Rent: €1400 per month (including all costs) - Deposit: €2400 - Rent must be paid monthly in advance - Registration possible; one-time cost for this is €1000 Important note: No payments will be requested from you until you receive a signed rental agreement, registration confirmation, and a copy of my identity card.
