Room affittare

Hi all! I have a room available on Steigereiland (IJburg) for the full month of September. It's furnished,15m², €900 incl. It has a remote work table and a TV as well. The apartment is 85m² with a big balcony, a shower and a separate bath. You'd share it with me. There's biweekly cleaning (my roommate & I cover the cost) plus both a robot and normal vacuum. & there is a cat. The location is great: 10 min walk to IJburg Center (Albert Heijn, butcher, Etos, Hema and the Saturday "Reuring" market). The streetcar goes directly to Central Station in 13 min, and Oost is 17 min by bike. There's also a beach here with a beach bar, it's my fave spot for sunny days.
