Room affittare

Hello, one of our roommates is moving out, so we are looking for a new housemate. Our house is located 15-20 minutes by bike from the UT, 10 minutes to Saxion, and 5 minutes walk to the Jumbo. The room costs €400 per month including advance for gas/electricity/water. You will share the kitchen and bathroom with 3 other housemates, we do not have a living room. There are a total of six of us living here, consisting of people from UT, Saxion, and ArtEZ, making it a nice mix. Music is often made in the house, so if you happen to play an instrument, that's not a problem. We are a very independent house without obligations, except for some occasional cleaning. To keep the balance mixed, we are looking for a woman. The room that is available is an attic room. It is not very large, but you also have closet space on the sides under the roof, so you don’t need a separate cabinet, which saves space.
