In this spacious and move-in ready house (158 m²) with a patio, rooms are available and I am looking for housemates who value a nice, neat and gezellig living atmosphere. The house has a large living/dining room, four spacious bedrooms each with its own bathroom and is equipped with all conveniences. The location is ideal: within walking distance to the Vecht, 5 minutes by bike to the city center and Utrecht Central, and close to supermarkets, shops and hospitality. Additionally, you can enjoy walking and running along the Vecht. I am looking for housemates who are relaxed, social and tidy. A house where everyone does their own thing, but where there is also room for sociability, a drink or a spontaneous party from time to time seems perfect. Interested?
