Thanks for your interest in renting my room. I value your enthusiasm and the time you took to contact me. I am looking for a friendly and responsible housemate to share a nice apartment in Utrecht. The room is available for a short stay (3 to 6 months), with the possibility of extension. Ideal for professionals. Available from September 2025. Please note that I must review responses carefully and will make a decision based on several factors. I would also like to share a few important points about living here: I work from home at least three days a week and am often present. I occasionally have friends or family over.
