We are looking for a serious student who, like the other residents of this house, values a quiet living environment. As a resident of this attic room with a fixed wardrobe, you have your own kitchen with an induction cooktop, combo oven and refrigerator. Of course you also have the rooftop terrace completely to yourself. The bathroom is shared with 1 other tenant (maybe temporarily with 2 later). Because it can get quite warm on the attic room in summer, we have installed a split air conditioning. Internet is available, as well as KPN interactive TV. You can simply register at our address. Our house is located in Colmschate with several supermarkets within walking distance, as well as Colmschate NS station and the skating/water paradise De Scheg. Saxion University of Applied Sciences and the city center are a 15-minute bike ride away. Important: We expect to place a dormer window in the attic in early 2026 (February or March perhaps), which will make it much roomier and brighter and better insulated. The tenant will have to leave the living space for a number of weeks during the renovation. The new rent after that will probably be between €800 and €850. We only work with campus contracts.
