Room in affitto

Hey, are you the new quiet tenant (non-smoking) to rent a room in my house? The room is 22m2 and located on the 1st floor to the south with its own 11m2 balcony. The room is fully furnished. It is a nice large bright room. The house is shared by the landlady and another tenant. The 1st bathroom with toilet is shared by 2 people, the kitchen is shared. There may be a 2nd toilet on the ground floor. The house is close to the center, 7 minutes by tram 25 and bus 199 and 174 towards Zuidas and Amsterdam. Within a 10-minute walk there are 2 shopping centers, a care center with general practitioners, physio and pharmacy, and a hospital. There are many sports facilities including tennis, golf, cycling and walking routes, swimming pool. There are plenty of parking spaces near the house; it is a green and very quiet area. See you soon.
