The property is within walking and biking distance of the Paddepoel shopping center. The Zernike campus, ideal for students, is also nearby. There is a good public transportation connection via the bus in the vicinity. Layout: The room is approximately 9.3 m² in size. The kitchen, which is equipped with luxury built-in appliances including a dishwasher, induction cooktop, and combination oven/microwave, is shared with three other housemates. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink and is also shared with three other housemates. Rent: The rent is €472.42. This includes an advance payment of €89 for gas, water, and electricity.
