A single room (for single occupancy) is available for a short term rental. Tenant will share the apartment with me so prefer a Female roommate. Rent is approximately EUR1195 per month and utilities and internet is EUR150 per month. Security Deposit of EUR1000, which is refundable once key is returned. Shared household cleaning items approximately EUR25pp per month. Registration is possible for additional cost (municipality tax). LOCATION Apartment and room are furnished. Very clean. Superb location, next to Metro station (51,53 and 54). 10min ride to central station. Quite residential area. Near Amstel river with Amstel view. As a guest, you will have access to kitchen utensils dedicated for you.
