Hi! We are looking for a working female housemate (25-35 years) for our cozy house in Oud West! This is a room of 10 m2. The rent is 1150 euros per month including utilities (G/W/L), municipal and water taxes, and monthly cleaning lady. The rental period is initially 6 months, with a good chance of extension! We are 27 years old, both employed in Amsterdam, and enjoy occasionally eating together. We are looking for someone who fits in well here :) We have a preference for a non-smoking, working woman.
