Room in affitto

We are looking for a new housemate for our nice student house in Delfgauw. The house consists of a BK'er a KT, S&C and a graduated SET student. Besides studying hard or not so hard we like good food and occasional drinks. In summer (and winter) we are often in the garden, which is suitable for BBQs and has a large (windy) shed. Our beautiful house is 5 minutes by bike from the TU and 10 minutes from the center. The room is 16 square meters and is located at the front of the house. The house also has a cozy living room and a well-equipped kitchen. The rent for the room is 450 euros including utilities. The room is basically available from 25 September. But the first rent starts on 1 October. If you are interested, send a message/email with a good story (and photo).
