Leiden - Room - 20m²

In our nice house on Morsweg, a room is available. It is next to the station and in the center! It is a room of ~20m2 for about €620 including gas/water/electricity/internet and rent of the washing machine. The room is available immediately. The exact date can be discussed. You share the kitchen and bathroom with two housemates (Martien (27) and Lisette (27)). We are a social house and like to eat together in the evenings. But of course, you are free to do your own thing. We are essentially looking for someone who is in the final stages of their studies, or like us, works. If you are interested, send me a message about yourself. Good to know: This room is above a pub, which is often only open on Friday and Saturday nights until 00:30. The pub is not open every weekend, but if it is, you will certainly notice that in this room.
