Hello, I am Chiel and I am looking for a new roommate starting from June 1, 2025. A room will be available in Beetgumerstraat, Leeuwarden. In the house, there is a shared living room, bathroom/WC, and kitchen. There is also a lockable storage room with space for bicycles. The city center is a five-minute walk away, and NHL Stenden is a five-minute bike ride. In total, the house has space for 2 tenants, one of which is already occupied. The house has fast wireless internet, 100MB/s. There is also a washing machine and dryer available. Together with the gas, electricity, and water, these are included in the service costs of €75 which is part of the rent! For renting the rooms, a one-month deposit is required. This room has an area of 12 m² and is located to the north. There is a built-in closet in the room. See photos. The room has a radiator that you can set the temperature on and is equipped with curtains. The door of the room is locked, and there are smoke detectors installed on the ceiling.
