It has a lovely, light-filled living room (~22m²), a brand-new kitchen and bathroom, two bedrooms (you'll have one of them – approx. 5x2m), a sunny balcony (~1x4m), and a small third room used as a home office – perfect for working from home. 💻🌞\nThe apartment is in a fantastic location: just 10 minutes by bike from the city center and Utrecht Central Station. Several shops like Lidl, Plus, Kruidvat, and HEMA are just a 2-minute walk away.
