The house has all the conditions for living: large and modern kitchen, large refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher. On the first floor there is a bathroom. On the second floor there is a jacuzzi and a toilet. Electricity, gas and water are included in the price of accommodation. I rent rooms without a certificate of income, but with a deposit. I can rent a room for a short period of time and for a long time.
