Male roommate wanted! Are you looking for a nice, luxury room and want to make the most of your student life? Then you are at the right address in our men's house, right in the center! Several rooms are becoming available this summer! What do we offer? This summer, rooms will be available in our house on Tramstraat. The station, the center, Stratumseind, a supermarket, and TU/e are all within walking distance! A year ago, the house was thoroughly renovated, and it is fully equipped with its own bar, projector with PlayStation and Chromecast, beer fridge, and lighting and sound installation. Furthermore, the house has a decent kitchen, bathroom (2 showers), toilets (2x), and a urinal. We can also enjoy the summer on the roof terrace, in the spacious south-facing garden, and in the new patio. In short, everything a student could wish for. We live here with nine guys; we eat, study, exercise, and party together every day. The rooms that are becoming available are all 16m2 or larger, costing between €330 and €370, with laminate flooring and a private sink. This includes utilities and other service costs. What are we looking for? We are looking for a male student who is starting his studies next year or is in the early stages of his education.
