In my apartment at Spui (The Hague Centre), a room of approximately 12 m² will become available. The room is furnished with a comfortable fold-out bed, a desk, and a chair. In consultation, I can purchase a wardrobe once a tenant has been found. If you do not need the desk, no problem; I will store it in the storage room. You will share the accommodation with me. You have access to all amenities: a modern kitchen with a dishwasher and combi-oven, bathroom, separate toilet, washing machine and dryer, fast internet, balcony, and a storage room for your bike. The robot vacuum/mop keeps the apartment regularly clean. Registration at the address is possible. The location is ideal. Within walking distance of The Hague Central (7 min) and Hollands Spoor (12 min), close to The Hague University of Applied Sciences and the Leiden University Campus (Wijnhaven, 5 min). Supermarkets, the city center, and public transport are all around the corner. The rent is €850 per month all-in, including gas, water, electricity, internet, and service costs. The deposit is one month's rent. The room is available for a maximum of one year and is intended for a quiet, independent student or intern.
