Furthermore, you can walk to the lively Ledig Erf in a few minutes for shopping or drinks, cycle to the city centre in ten minutes, and reach Utrecht Science Park in just fifteen minutes by bike! Please note: to live in a room in this student complex, you must prove that you are currently studying or will start a study soon. Without an approved document, you will unfortunately not receive a rental contract!
