Male roommate wanted! Are you looking for a nice, luxurious room, and do you want to make the most of your student time? Then you're at the right address in our men's house, right in the center! Several rooms will be available this summer! What do we offer? This summer, rooms will be available in our house on Tramstraat. The station, city center, Stratumseind, a supermarket, and the TU/e are all within walking distance! A year ago, the house underwent a thorough renovation and is fully equipped with its own bar, projector with PlayStation and Chromecast, beer fridge, and lighting and sound system. Furthermore, the house is equipped with a decent kitchen, bathroom (2 showers), toilets (2), and a urinal. We can also enjoy ourselves on the roof terrace, in the spacious garden facing south, and in the new patio this summer. In short, everything a student could wish for. We live here with nine guys; we eat, study, work out, and party together every day. The rooms coming available are all 16m2 or larger and cost between 330 and 370 euros, have laminate flooring, and a private sink. This includes utilities and other service costs. What are we looking for? We are looking for a male student who is starting his studies or is in the early stage of his education this coming year.
