Hi room seeking girls! Unfortunately, we are saying goodbye to our dear roommate, so we are looking for a new roommate effective October 1, 2025! This house is located about 10 minutes by bike to the center and station, and within walking distance to the shopping center Zwolle-Zuid. So still pretty central in Zwolle! Who are we? We are Lian, Lianne and Christine. All three of us are in our twenties and working/studying. We are a relaxed house and like to have dinner together or have a spontaneous drink. We do not have fixed house nights due to work and studies! We are looking for someone in their mid-twenties who is spontaneous, sociable and loves doing things together. The room is approximately 8m2 and costs €374,06 including G / W / L. There is an additional €9,55 for Wifi. To maximize the space of the room you can use the closet in the hallway. Besides this cozy room, you share the spacious and plant-rich living room, kitchen and bathroom with the rest of the house. We also have a washing machine and garden for general use.
