Room te huren

My name is Pieter and I am 20 years old. I will do an internship for 5 months and am subletting my room for this period. My roommate is studying international business and comes from Vietnam. He is also doing an internship in the same period but in the Netherlands. I am looking for a non-smoking subtenant in my apartment with two bedrooms. Unfortunately, registration at this address is not possible. The apartment, recently renovated, is in a very central location with easy access to public transport, restaurants, bars, and shops. The room is 12 m² and is furnished with a double bed, desk, and wardrobe. We share the rest of the living space and household tasks. Internet is included in the rent. Gas/Water/Electricity advance is €120 per month with a final bill based on actual consumption. The temporary contract runs until January 31. Extension of the contract is not possible.
