Room te huren

ROOM SUBLET (SEPT. 9 - 27) Hi there! Since I'm gone for about 2,5 weeks in September (9-27, price is for 18 days, not the whole month), I would like to sublet my room for the time being for someone who needs it. The room (18,5m2) is spacious, and light, and will come fully furnished with a private balcony. You will have a large bed, clothing rack, (large) closet space, dining table, and a huge mirror. The apartment is situated in Bos en Lommer, a cozy neighborhood in the West of Amsterdam. You will have everything you need down the street such as bakeries, supermarkets, and coffee places. Erasmuspark is a two-minute walk and we live close to Westerpark. You will be staying in the apartment, with a shared bathroom and kitchen, with my two lovely roommates Julius (m, 27) and Sam (f, 32). They both spend the majority of their time studying and/or working outside of the house. I would love to find someone who can also take care of plants very well and respects keeping everything clean and tidy. The price including bills and utilities will be 800.
