Studio te huren

Recent renovated attic studio with a lot of natural light. We rent the top floor (attic studio) of our house in Utrecht. The studio has its own kitchen and bathroom, and is partly furnished (see photos). You are welcome to bring additional furniture. Location: a bus stop around the corner (10 minutes to Utrecht center), 5 minutes walk to the supermarket, nearby community center with various activities, close to polder area for peace and nature. House rules: no smoking or alcohol, no male guests staying overnight (female guests only in consultation), no parties, no washing machine available, please let us know if you return home after 22:00. During your stay the stairs may be renovated (about 1 day work). Inventory will be discussed together. We are looking for a tenant who is open-minded, responsible and respectful of the living situation and the neighborhood.
