The homes in The Baron, located at Market Field Square, are the final part of new construction in the area. The apartments will be delivered starting Nov. 1. The second-floor apartment at De Baron, located at Baron van Hövellplein 205, has a living area of 72 square meters, two bedrooms and a south-facing balcony. Important features include an open kitchen with appliances, spacious balconies, private parking and storage. It is possible to apply for one of the apartments until 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 12, by responding to the ad or sending an e-mail. Proof of income is required at registration, which must show that the income is at least 3.5 times the monthly rent. Please note that the apartments are new construction and not available for viewing.
