The room has just been renovated and will be furnished from Sunday, September 15th with a 160 cm wide bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk, 2 lamps, curtains and a laundry basket. The house is an old workers' house about 160 years old in the Osdorperbovenpolder area of Old Osdorp (Amsterdam Nieuw-West). The room is located at the end of the extension. It's an old house with old-house quirks that are being renovated/improved one by one. For the room there is a second small living room if you want to entertain friends. We also have 2 dogs and chickens. Occasionally other dogs stay over. Recreation within 1 km of the house includes 2 sports parks with a total of 50 clubs. 50 m there are 2 markets and many organic farmers. There are also 2 alternative terraces/restaurants to visit. Transportation: 900 m from the bus station, 1.5 km from tram lines 1, 13, 17 and 3 km from 7 and 14, 4 km from (metro) station Lelylaan and 8 km from Sloterdijk station. The bicycle is the best mode of transport from our house.
