We have several self-contained studios available immediately, these come with their own kitchen and bathroom. In addition, the studios are fully upholstered and furnished (except building 172) so you can move right in! The studios are in one of the nine buildings on the site. There is a large common room in the main building 182, which all residents can use and you can study, relax or socialise with your fellow housemates. A launderette is available in each building. For this, you install the Pay2Wash app, so you can use the washing and drying machines for a fee. We offer a contract of up to 24 months and our properties are rented out per availability date in the advertisement, it is not possible to change this. This complex is unfortunately not for PhD students. The bus stop is within walking distance of the complexes. By bus, you can reach Maastricht Central Station within 10 minutes. There is also a small shopping centre nearby including a supermarket and a drugstore. The shopping centre is a 5-minute walk away and you can reach the Maastricht University grounds by bike within 3 minutes.
