Welcome to Oostersingel, a newly built residential complex for students located in the city center of Groningen! The studios of this building are semi-furnished including beautiful floors, without further furnishing thus offering plenty of room for your own creative interior styling! Moreover, the studios are self-contained, with a private kitchen and bathroom. Our office can be found within the building and residents can make use of the in-house communal launderette and the Meet & Study area. The common areas of the building have CCTV installed. And with the bike shed at the building, you can safely store your bike. The residences at Oostersingel enjoy a great location within the city center and near the station, with bus stops nearby to travel around easily. This studio is offered with a campus contract. To be eligible to book this residence, you must be a student and provide us with a proof of enrolment at a Dutch educational institution for the current year. You can upload this document after you have made the booking. You can only live in the studio as long as you are a student. Every year in September, we ask you to upload your proof of enrolment (for that year) to verify your student status. If you are no longer a student, you have to move within 6 months. You can stay until the end of March at the latest. To rent this residence, you have to register in the Basisregistratie Personen (Personal Records Database) at the municipality. Price details include basic rent, service costs, supplies and a total monthly rent. Housing allowance is possible up to €427.00 per month and this residence is eligible for housing allowance.
