Hi, I am renting out my apartment for about 2 years (or longer) to 1 (or 2) people. - €550 per month incl. utilities. No extra costs - Location: Randje Zuid Den Haag/Wateringen - 4th floor, stairs only - The apartment is furnished, but your own bedroom is not - You may use my belongings (washing machine, stove, blender, oven, etc.). I expect you to handle them neatly/cleanly. 😊 - Your bedroom is 10.6 m2, but you may also use the rest of the apartment. (Would you prefer my larger bedroom? Discussable) •I am looking for a woman who: - vegan - neat/clean - calm & responsible - communicates well - no pets - waters the plants when I’m not home (sometimes I’m away 2-3 months) - preferably someone who drinks little to no alcohol - balanced, kind •Apartment info: - Size: 60m2 - Living room, 2 bedrooms (one occupied by me), kitchen, bathroom, toilet, 2 balconies + large storage cellar - One side overlooks pasture and cows 🌿 •Extra info: - I value harmony in the house - You will live alone sometimes (I travel) and sometimes together with me. Occasionally my boyfriend is around too (but I’m with him more often) - The bedroom for you is 10.6 m2. Adjacent to a balcony. We share the balconies. - You can store items in the storage space or place a small cabinet in the living room. If you want a larger room, negotiable. Then I’ll take the 10.6m2 room myself. - 5 min walk to a small shopping center with AH, Kruidvat, Primera, Pharmacy, Action, produce market - 30 min bike to city center DH (35 min by public transport) - Free parking spaces •The apartment is furnished, except your bedroom: just curtains & a small lamp hanging. (In photos there are no curtains yet.) You may take over the previous tenant’s wardrobes if you want. •If you want my “Marrakech” room (bigger & cooler in summer), that is also negotiable. I’ll take the small room. •Internet: None. I work with unlimited mobile hotspot for my laptop. I recommend this for you too. •Security deposit? None - on trust 💛 •Extra costs?
