Available from Sept 20th: Nice and comfortable room for rent in Amsterdam Southeast. We offer you a stay in a room of 16 m2. The room is fully equipped with with a small, but complete kitchen, pans and pottery, towels etc. and is suitable for one person. The room has a balcony. Just bring your clothes and laptop and everything else you need is there. The room is in a just renovated apartment with shared separate toilet/shower/wash basin with (max.) two other tenants. In the apartment is also a washing machine, dryer, and iron. Not allowed: Smoking, lodgers, noisy parties and animals. The room is in 5 minutes walk form the subway-station which brings you in about 15 minutes to the Central Station. Parking is off-street and free. The prices is 650 euro’s per month excl. extra costs. Registration on the address is possible. In the direct neighbourhood: Amsterdam Medical Centre (AMC), Vrije Universiteit (VUmc), University of Amsterdam (UvA) High School of Amsterdam (HvA), InHolland and the Amsterdam and Amstelveen Business Area. Also you will find the famous Amsterdam Arena, Heineken Music Hall and ZiggoDome near by.
