We have several self-contained studios available immediately. The unfurnished studios come with their own kitchen and bathroom. This complex is unfortunately not for PhD students and working people. The studios are in one of the six buildings on site. There is a large common room in the main building for all residents to use. There is also a launderette in the main building. For this, you install the Pay2Wash app, so you can use the washing and drying machines for a fee. The bus stop is within walking distance of the complexes. The bus will take you to Maastricht Central Station within 10 minutes. There is also a small shopping centre nearby, including a supermarket and a drugstore. The shopping centre is a 5-minute walk away. You can reach the Maastricht University grounds by bike within 3 minutes. We offer a campus contract that is indefinite as long as you remain a student. The minimum rental period is 12 months, and the cancellation notice is 1 month. Our properties are rented out based on the availability date in the advertisement, and it is not possible to change this.This complex is unfortunately not for PhD students and working people.
