Woninginzicht.nl is the official regional platform for social rental housing in Midden‑Brabant (including Tilburg, Waalwijk, Goirle, Oisterwijk and surroundings). It aggregates the available homes from five housing associations (WonenBreburg, Tiwos, TBV Wonen, Leystromen and Casade). You need an account and an active registration to respond to listings; registration and yearly renewal involve a small fee. Listings are posted by the participating housing corporations (no private landlords), and the site follows Dutch social housing rules such as passend toewijzen. The platform also includes parking/garage listings, housing exchange (woningruil), recent lettings, and has a companion mobile app.
