Wonenindekop

Wonen in de Kop is the official rental platform of housing association Woontij for Den Helder, Julianadorp and Texel (Kop van Noord-Holland). All listings are published by the association (no private landlords). To respond you must create and activate an account and provide an income statement (IBRI). Allocation follows Dutch passend-toewijzen rules and, on Texel, a housing ordinance (local/social or economic ties) may apply. Registration is paid and must be renewed periodically; without an active (paid) registration you cannot apply.
