Our brand-new student complex in Rijswijk, near Delft, offers just what you need! The location is just a short bike ride or bus ride from around 40 minutes to TU Delft, ideal for students looking for a quit yet easily accessible living environment! We offer a 2 types of contracts: a campus contract that is valid for a minimum of 12 months and continues as long as you are a student, or a short-stay contract with a maximum duration of 6 months and a minimum duration of 1 month. These studios are only suitable for students and PhD students. Unfortunately, you do not qualify for rent allowance for these studios. We have 136 rooms that are divided over several residences. Each room shares a bathroom, cleaned once a week, a kitchen with microwave and a communal laundry with 14-16 fellow residents. Perfect for shared meals and building new friendships!
