Ijsselstein - Room - 120m²

Hi, I am Floris and I am the main tenant of a detached farmhouse of 120 m2 on Achtersloot with about 1 hectare of land. I rent this from the owner, a farmer. I am looking for a new roommate to share this farmhouse starting June 1st, as my current roommate is leaving to share the costs. I am hardworking and often away during the day and I am looking for a neat and quiet social tenant. We share external costs such as gas, water, light, electricity, internet, and taxes, and I am responsible as the main tenant. You have a 1-month notice period and a 1-month deposit, and the rental period will be extended every six months as long as the owner, the farmer, wants this arrangement with a 3-month notice period.
