If there are no documents from three completed years available, there will be an additional assessment at the property manager’s discretion; • Recent certified extract from the Chamber of Commerce for entrepreneurs (max. three months old) After your response to the house, you will receive an email from us to create your own digital file (IDD) and fill in your basic details.
