A higher deposit of 2 months applies instead of one; • Freelancers: the same income requirement with a higher security deposit of 2 months instead of one; • With a minimum salary of 75% of the income requirement, a guarantee from a third party is required (the maximum amount in the guarantee agreement is one time the annual rent); • Pets only with the property manager's permission (after permission, a higher deposit of 2 months applies instead of one); • The equity of the current home and savings can only be taken into account in very exceptional cases at the property manager's discretion. For independent entrepreneurs: • A filled accountant’s declaration or similar document for entrepreneurs; • A filled income statement (formerly the IB60 form); • Recent annual figures; • You must show at least annual accounts for the last three completed years. If there are no documents from three completed years available, there will be an additional assessment at the property manager’s discretion; • Recent certified extract from the Chamber of Commerce for entrepreneurs (max. three months old) After your response to the house, you will receive an email from us to create your own digital file (IDD) and fill in your basic details. You will also receive a link to Datakeeper to share your income details. Only verified incomes via Datakeeper will be taken into account in the allocation.
