Hardenberg - House

Coming soon for rent: 28 sustainable rental homes in Marslanden, Hardenberg. The homes, located in Ydenhoogte, offer comfortable living in a green and child-friendly neighborhood. Each house, with five rooms and a living area of approximately 113 m², has a sunny garden on the east, west or south. The homes are extra energy efficient and feature a heat pump, triple glazing, solar panels and underfloor heating. A total of about 260 houses will be built in this area, including rental houses, semi-detached houses, detached houses and houses for sale.
