Hardenberg - House

Soon to be completed in Marslanden, Hardenberg are 28 sustainable rental homes in the green and child-friendly Ydenhoogte neighborhood. These homes, divided into five small-scale residential blocks, offer plenty of space for families with a living area of approximately 113 m². You can choose from terraced or corner houses with five rooms and a sunny garden on the east, west or south. The homes are energy efficient, including an individual heat pump, triple glazing, solar panels and underfloor heating. There are also vacant lots in Ydenhoogte for owner-occupied homes. The area is designed as a historic village center with lots of greenery and water collection. Completion of the rental homes is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025.
