New rental homes will soon be available in Marslanden, Hardenberg. The neighborhood has a village feel with lots of greenery and water, ideal for families. In the Ydenhoogte subarea, 28 affordable rental homes will be built, divided into five small-scale residential blocks with a historic village character. The homes have five rooms and a generous living area of approximately 113 m², with a sunny garden facing east, west or south. They are very energy efficient and equipped with a heat pump, triple glazing, solar panels and underfloor heating. In addition to rental homes, there will also be free lots for semi-detached houses, detached houses and houses for sale. A total of about 260 homes will be built in this subarea.
