Berkenwoude - Room

The room (4.35 x 3.75m) is adjacent to the meeting room of the meeting location 'PolderRuimte' in the heart of the Krimpenerwaard, 18 km from Erasmus University. The room is located at the back of the farmhouse and has its own entrance with a spacious hall where the toilet is also located. The room has a bathroom (2.60 x 1.25m) with a shower and sink. The available spacious kitchen is also adjacent to the meeting room. The meeting room of approximately 100m2 is currently hardly used and can be used by the resident as a common or workspace. The outdoor space and facilities around the farm can also be used. Much is possible in consultation with the landlord, the couple who are also the main residents of the farmhouse. There is plenty of free parking space available and possibly storage space. If there are two separate residents who want to share the facilities (bathroom, toilet, kitchen), there is also another room (6.30 x 3.15m) with its own entrance available on the other side of the meeting room in the farmhouse. The resident of this room would then use the shower located in the originally offered room. (In time, a private toilet and shower will also be realized in this extra room).
