Arnhem - Studio

Dear student looking for a room, My studio will be vacant for a while and I am looking for a subtenant! The minimum length of the sublet is 6 months but can (under certain circumstances) extend to 1 year. The room will be available very soon! Location The studio is a 5-minute walk from Velperpoort station, from there it is 2 minutes by train to Arnhem Central. The station is also reachable by foot in about 20 minutes, and the city center in 15 minutes. HAN is about 10 minutes biking and also easily accessible by public transport. Hogeschool van Hall Larenstein (Velp) is a 15-minute bike ride away. Facilities The studio is 25m2 and has its own bathroom and kitchen and is entirely independent. The room will be delivered with: a wardrobe, bed, desk + desk chair, sofa and side table, cupboard, refrigerator with freezer compartment, washer-dryer combination, combi-microwave. The costs are €600.67 per month. (Incl.) rent subsidy negotiable. The studio is rented out to me via SSH& and their policy is that they only rent to students in Arnhem and Nijmegen. Responding if you are not a student makes no sense.
