Deventer - Room - 26m²

Hey future housemates! 👼🏼 We, Huize De Engel, are looking for a new housemate! We are a mixed house with currently 4 boys and 8 girls. One room will be available from August 1st! The room is 26.5 m2. You pay €505 excluding expenses. Additionally, you will pay an upfront for service costs of €150. The hospitium will take place on the evening of July 10th. Our house is located in the city center of Deventer, on Grote Overstraat. 🏡 The house is right in the center, so all necessary amenities are around the corner! Saxion is a 5-minute bike ride away, the train station is a 3-minute bike ride, and the IJssel and the supermarket are less than a 2-minute walk away. 😁 Our house has a spacious roof terrace, a large kitchen, and 3 bathrooms. We don't have fixed house evenings, but we spend a lot of time together. 🥰 We often have drinks, cook together a lot, watch Netflix, and have cozy house parties. We also go to festivals or other events together and are regularly found in the city, either on the terrace or dancing in the pub. 🍻 All of this is not mandatory.
