The studio that will be available is approximately 30m2 in size and is completely independent. Additionally, you can use the common areas which total more than 100m2. This studio is located on the 3rd floor. The location is excellent! The building is directly across Delft station and the center is within 5 minutes walking distance. The rental price for this studio is 950 euros per month. All costs are included. The security deposit is 1.5 times the monthly rent, so in this case, it's 1,425 euros.
