In a detached private family home in the quiet neighborhood of Blauwe Kei, near 't Ginneken and BUAS, Breda city center. For 1 person (Dutch-speaking) for rent from August 1, 2025: Spacious attic room with a loft, a landing with its own sink, refrigerator, and cooking facilities. Fully furnished and equipped, with internet (high-speed connection). Access to a bathroom, washing machine, dryer, and bike storage. Additional costs for heating, electricity, water, and internet amount to €90 per month. It is explicitly not a student house. Preferably a first-year student of BUAS hotel management or similar. Deadline for response is July 20. After this, we will make a selection and possibly invite you for a viewing. An extensive introductory conversation (preferably with parents/guardians) will precede our final choice.
