On the site of the former office building Damsigt at Nieuwe Havenstraat in Leidschendam-Voorburg, work is currently underway on The Flow: a new residential project consisting of six residential buildings. The Flow consists of 295 rental apartments, ranging from 47 m² to 127 m², with 1 to 4 rooms, with a total living area of approximately 28,900 m². This project represents an important step in the redevelopment of the Klein Plaspoelpolder into a fully-fledged residential area. The buildings consist of a maximum of five floors and offer a mix of homes in different rental categories. Finishing and facilities The apartments will be delivered with a complete kitchen equipped with built-in appliances and a fully tiled bathroom. You as a tenant must provide the floor and wall finishing and window coverings, giving you the freedom to design the interior to your personal taste, from floor to wall, exactly as you want.
