Deventer - Room - 25m²

The room Bright, spacious room (25m2, 28m2 floor area) just a roll away from the station with: - Brand new private bathroom with shower, toilet, sink (4.5m2 floor area). - 4 skylights (with blackout curtains) for light and fresh air - Air conditioning for heating and cooling The house Hi, we are Kasper and Bram, and we are brothers. Last autumn we bought a house together with the idea of renting out the top floor. We are currently installing a bathroom (which will be exclusively yours!), so we don’t have photos of the cleaned finished result yet, but we do have a render that should give a good view of how it should look. We have already renovated a lot (the basement is now a room, solar panels, air conditioning, heat pump, underfloor heating, etc.), but it is not yet finished, so from time to time we will start a project, sometimes big, sometimes small. Besides the top floor, the kitchen/living room is also available, we have a washing machine and dryer, and we have a piano and various guitars that you can use. There is also a nice garden (about 4x4 meters) that needs to become greener than it currently is (one of the projects 😉) and a shed where you can park your bike. Furthermore, the location is great, less than 100 steps to the station, but without much noise from it! We always try to eat together when it works out and would love for you to join us. Who cooks we agree amongst ourselves and we share the costs. We try to keep it neat at home. Kasper works in Almelo during the week (except Thursday) and has a busy social program. Bram works irregularly in Amsterdam (freelancer) and abroad and during the winters is not in the Netherlands due to seasonal depression. When he doesn't earn money, he works on the house. We both don't eat meat and Bram even tries to eat as vegan as possible (but relaxed). Who are we looking for? - You enjoy having meals together (and cooking) and perhaps doing things together - You have a job or are studying (working from home is no problem) - You find sustainability important - You don’t smoke - You keep noise in mind during the week - No pets Conditions - Deposit: 1 month rent - Two months notice unless you find a compatible person for replacement yourself. So if you decide to leave in a month, you have to pay for the month after unless you have arranged a replacement tenant for that month (which we can agree on). In other words: everything in good consultation 😉
