The available room is approximately 22m2, located at the back of the house with a private kitchen and bathroom. The room is unfurnished but has some furniture. The house has one common room and a spacious garden. Rent is €661 per month including gas, water, and electricity, but excluding internet for an additional €11.35. You are eligible for rental allowance up to €200 per month. The house is located in the beautiful Archipel neighborhood in The Hague, near a tram stop and shops.
