This room is on the second floor and is part of a small (student) house with a total of 5 rooms, 1 shared kitchen, 2 shared showers, 2 shared toilets, a shared living room and joint outdoor spaces (both front and megagrote back garden)! Upon entering you will find the hall, from where you have access to all spaces and the stairs to the second floor. The room (approx. 19 m2) is located on this floor. On the ground floor you will find a shared living room with open kitchen, the bathrooms and separate toilets. The washing machine and dryer are in a separate laundry room. All in all a wonderful home for students or young starters at a top location! Currently there are 4 boys living in the house, but everyone is welcome.
