Room to rent

Quiet room on the first floor. It is within walking distance of TUe and Fontys and cycling distance from the center. There are also shops and healthcare such as a general practitioner, physiotherapist and dentist nearby. We are a couple (47 and 49) and have 2 dogs (pugs). We have been happily renting out our 2 extra rooms to students for over 15 years. Currently, there is another student (18 years old) on the second floor. We love coziness, tranquility, and cleanliness, so there is a cleaning schedule. You have your own room that you can furnish to your own taste. The rest is shared. So the shower, toilet, living room, kitchen, garden, and shed are shared. Registration is possible. We prefer students who go home on weekends. Furthermore, we are looking for people with whom we have a good rapport, as living together happily and comfortably is an absolute must! We love to regularly chat about how our fellow residents are doing. And we try to eat together. So socially friendly people are most welcome!
