Room to rent

Available from August 1st, a 13 m² room in a house shared with three other students. The room is bright and has direct access to a communal balcony. About the room and house: Area: 13 m² Own access to the balcony Shared kitchen, bathroom, and toilet Rent: €440 per month, including gas, water, electricity, wifi, and other costs Deposit: one month's rent The atmosphere in the house is calm: everyone lives independently, no joint household. Who we are looking for: A Dutch-speaking student (m/f/x) who is independent and takes care of the shared spaces. Viewing: Viewings will be scheduled at the end of week 28 (around the weekend of July 13-14). Interested?
